      • 2 oz. Del Maguey Vida Mezcal or Chichicapa Mezcal
      • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
      • high-quality ginger beer

      Instructions

      Add the VIDA or Chichicapa and lime juice to an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with ginger beer. Stir to integrate ingredients and enjoy.
